At HAGAN Ski Mountaineering, we want to ensure you have the perfect gear for your alpine adventures. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare the Package

Place the unused gear, including all original tags and manuals, into the original shipping box to ensure the equipment remains protected during transit.

Attach Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once our technicians inspect the gear, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
